One Day Without Shoes

Day without shoesApril 29, 2014 marked the annual “One Day Without Shoes”  when Cowles Montessori took off their shoes to raise global awareness for children’s health and education.

Randi Weeks who visited Belize and Jennifer Gelner who visited Haiti were able to share their first hand experiences with children who have NO shoes.

The shoes in the picture were beautifully designed by children in Ms. Wolfe-GuessWolfeGuess Day without Shoes.
